Call cutting customer care line

<p>Good day</p> <p>I am sure this complaint will receive no attention. As the service skynet provides is terrible in the field of customer care. The personal on the customer care line are the most unhelpful, rude and *********** people. I fail to understand how skynet being a respected courier service would employ people of that standard. I've spent days calling skynet regarding a pick up and delivery and everytime the call was either cut on me or sent threw a line and then cut, it's been 2 weeks will no delivery made to me, no follow up call and no help what so ever from the staff at skynet.
