Booked for collection one week ago - no performance at all

On 5 December at 12:52pm I booked a parcel for collection. Today, one week later, the parcel has still not been collected! All I received is a generated tracking number. No further reaction from this courier agency at all. SkyNet apparently has not even got a branch or office in Pretoria anymore. How are they supposed to do their job then in the first place?! Their "service" is characterized by non-performance.
