Blatant lies and Absolutely Pathetic Service !

This is some of the worst service I have ever experienced. For three days in a row—Friday, Saturday, and Monday—I was told my package was out for delivery. I waited at home the entire day each time, only to receive the same lie over and over again: “delivery attempt failed – consignee not available.” Let me be very clear: there was NO delivery attempt. No call. No knock. No message. Nothing. I repeatedly phoned the number provided for the delivery driver on all three days and was completely ignored every single time. How does a company blatantly lie like this and think it’s acceptable? Marking a delivery as “failed” when no one even tried is pure laziness and dishonesty. This is beyond frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Absolutely pathetic service. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Skynet if you actually want your package delivered.
