Bad system operations

I ordered from SHEIN, skynet decided to deliver my order. Now its time to deliver. They request a bank statement whereas I paid for their customs. Which were very ***** and suprisingly low. Now they are treating me as if I am the one at fault for having low customs to be paid.

What do I have to do with SARS? You as a supplier should send your bank statement to SARS, not me!!!
