BAD SERVUCE AND NI CARE AT ALL.

I bought a cellphone online and Skynet delivered the 3 blenders that were supposed to be delivered to Hi Fi Corporation Kimberley. I called them and was transferred from one department to another. I called the 2nd time inly to be informed that my phone was on its way to Kimberley. I was asked to hold for them to call my branch and ask for the parcel to he sent back to Port Elizabeth. While on hold I got a call from a staff member from Hi fi corp Kimberley that they have my phone I tolx them that I was ob the phone with Skynet refarding that phone and their parcel was delivered to me. He said he was going to call back. No callback received from them. I called Sktnet aga8n today and they told me that there is nothing they can do and I must take it up withHi fi corporation. I even logged a complaint with Bradlows (where I bought the phone) and I did not get any feedback.
