The call centre waiting time of 7 minutes without anyone assisting as if your not using the airtime. Please improve this teribble service our Clients waits long long time to receives their goods and when follow up , we then find this BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICES OF CALL CENTRE which is not working at all.
