Disappointing experience with Skynet Worldwide Express! Despite paying customs fees upfront (R196 on April 24, 2025) and providing proof of payment, they demanded additional payment and a penalty fee of R500. The issue stemmed from Shein's error, not mine, and Skynet's communication was unclear and unhelpful. Delays and frustration ensued. Not recommended for efficient delivery or customer support.
