Bad service with no Communication

I haven’t received my package which was supposed to be delivered today from SHEIN no communication from this courier company it has bad service I don’t know why SHEIN trusted them with my package up until no still nothing.I’ve been home the whole day waiting for my package.CAN THEY DELIVER MY PACKAGE TOMORROW OR ELSE I’m going to Sue them
