Bad service received 😡

On Friday 14 June I received my order from Vodacom. But my frustration is having to wait for the driver to come and deliver from 10:00 until 17:00 at a mall when I told him I was sick.

Initially the package was to be delivered at my workplace but because I was booked off sick, I then told the driver of the situation who told me that it’s not going to be in his route. I then opted to meet him at east rand mall not far from my workplace, I waited for him from 10:00 until 17:00 having to constantly check his whereabouts, he told me he is in Benoni and I must drive there I mean, I went out of my way to come at least close to where he was suppose to deliver but I failed, he told me of other deliveries and I waited but what irritated me the most is that I was patient with him yet he was being rude and cheeky with me.

Now when I get home I check my package as when he got there he made me sign a lot of papers in a hurry and he gave me back my package and there was no invoice in, I am now unable to take up insurance because of this, I told him and he promised to deliver it at my workplace today and that hasn’t happened. Can someone please have this sorted as I am really annoyed with the service I received from Skynet, if this is not sorted can this package be returned to wherever it is coming from as I cannot use the items because of the negligence from Skynet employee.
