Bad Service or No Service

Good day

I would like to request a refund on my parcel that is in non excistance since collected by Skynet on behalf of Buffalo on 16/01/2025.

As per various emails and phone calls there is just no explanation into where the parcel ended up as it has not reached Buffalo to be returned to Shein.

With this issue still not resolved my refund period has no lapsed and Shein will not refund me never the less the parcel has never returned back to me either.

I would like Skynet to refund my amount due ny Shein as well as delivery cost. Let me know how I may proceed with this claim.
