Bad service, no feedback

I got a parcel from a friend out of Durban. She send it to me the 9th it's the 18th today and I haven't received my package yet, I've been emailing, calling even tried there WhatsApp communication. I send my correct adress and until today I haven't received my parcel and no feedback on when I will receive it. I'm so disappointed in such poor customer service. The stuff in box is breakable and can't be out of the fridge so long. Poorest customer service ever!!
