Bad service Lost parcel

In November 2023 Skynet collected a returning parcel from my office and that was the end of it when I called after some days of waiting for an update and they just did not know about my parcel. I gave them the number of the driver who came and collected the parcel, and they just promised that they would investigate, but nothing was done. I never received any feedback. I went to their East London offices, but I was told by security at the gate that they were still investigating. I called a number of times without any positive feedback. I then sent an email to Jessica Green, who promised that I would get a refund, but to date, nothing has been done.
