Bad service from Skynet

M writing this review with a bleeding heart... I renewed a licence disc online, that was on the 14 November 2014.. I was advised on the sms that the deliver will take 3-5 working days. Today we on the 6th working day. The Skynet customer service number is useless.. whenever they pick up the line they would pretend not to hear... I am very angry and dissatisfied as I was charged for the delivery yet I am still waiting... Shiittytttyyy service...
