Bad service frm skynet and vodacom online.

Worst experience ever with skynet. I have been waiting for a parcel that was suppose to be delivered on the 30th April by 5pm. I waited all day long. No1 even bothered to contact me to tell me if there's a challenge with my order. Called several times only to fid that I'm one of more than 30people on the que. Reached out on WhatsApp with no luck. Called vodacom today as the package is a phone frm them. They also didn't assist at all, they sent me back to the same useless skynet line with 40+people waiting to be assisted.
