Bad service ever

My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday but the delivery guy told me that my address is not his route which I asked myself how come they gave him my parcel but it not his route and I asked him can at least transfer my parcel to another person and he said yes he will deliver it today but still no parcel i received even today and if I write for him he is not responding and I even WhatsApp skynet and they told me to provide the address which I did and they said it coming but it 18:23 still no parcel and they don't respond to my WhatsApp
