Bad service ever

I order my goods from overseas, on the 4th, I received a email saying that my goods are with Skynet courier. They send an email to me saying I must pay for customs fee, I did that's, but every time when I'm trying to call them no answer. And I always send an email every to check with my delivery they don't reply to me. They have a very bad service ever. Its the second time they doing this to me,they have a very bad service.
