Bad service

I have been expecting a parcel that has been scanned, packed even a waybill was created on the 22 of November 2024. today it the 4th of december when I attempted calling, there seems to be no available agent tried their WhatsApp chat line they ignore my massages and no one calls to let you know when you should expect parcel/ delivery customer service is terrible can this be addressed I still waiting for my delivery 😢
