bad service

i am so frustrated with the service from this courier company, from last week they have been sending my parcel with a different driver but i am never contacted or the parcel never gets delivered to the given address, each time i call someone takes my contact details and delivery address but each day i enquire they telling me its a bad address . i am tired of the back and forth and no one wants to take responsibility for this. when you call in you hold for more than 40 minutes if you are lucky they will not drop the call on your ear.
