Bad service delivery from SKYNET courier

Yesterday I had a bad day because of the delivery guy. I was complaining about hooter by the gate and I ask him why don't he call me or send me sms to let me know that they will deliver the parcel then he started shouting and I explain to him why I don't like it when he was hooting by the gate without calling. I was even scared that he might beat me he even return with my parcel 😡😡😡
