Bad service delivery

This company should just close down.. is this the mediocre services us South Africans should experience... They sending messages out that your products will be delivered, then you have to wait till the next week, and when you call their call centres, you hang on till your minutes run out, and the idiot at the other end that's supposed to be able to trace you're package can't give you an answer also...
