Bad service

Skynet received my parcel from buffalo logistics on the 12/06/24 and decided to keep it to them. It's been 3 weeks now they haven't delivered and when I enquire about my parcel they tell me stories it's a piller to post. No one is telling me when will I get my parcel except their lies. On Tuesday they told me that the driver will do ETA next morning even today I'm still waiting. I'm really not happy with their service, it's bad and all their staff that I engaged with has bad attitude towards customers.
