Bad service at Skynet

I've had a bad experience with skynet Durban when I track my delivery it showed that it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to me when I called them they said they will call the driver Syabonga to pick it up where he left it till today I haven't got my delivery whenever I call them they just promise to call me back which they never did. the order was delivered to the wrong place on the 21till 31jan I haven't got anything. today when I called they gave me drivers number which is on voice mail
