Bad service and unresponsive call centre

Motor vehicle license disk taking forever to be delivered. My vehicle license disc was sent by RTMC via Skynet. On 02 December 2024 received an sms that the parcel will be delivered within 3-5 workdays. Today is the 7th working day and I haven't received my vehicle license disc. I wanted to go on holiday but I had to cancel my plans.
