Bad service and *********** and unskilled

I'm a unisa student and we receive our study material skynet, skynet failed to deliver my package its been 3 week since they are sitting with my package , i dealt with a lady by the name on thandela who is uneducated and *********** , she tells me that my package will be delivered every day but she fails to do so , i am no happy with skynet , no one should ever use them
