Bad service and customer care

I have a parcel sitting at skynet for over 2 weeks, and everytime I call them, they tell me they can’t find my parcel / misplaced. This is very unprofessional because I can’t even get my money back as the supplier I bought from tells me theres nothing they can do,but I have to take it on with skynet. I don’t know what to do anymore as I call them everyday and they let me speak with a whole lot of different people with still no results. Im so disappointed... i was suppose to get my parcel 24 Oct, and even now there’s nothing or way forward.
