Bad service
I am not happy!! I ordered my vehicle license disc 31/08 Monday. I received sms from Skynet that my parcel was received @ the Port Elizabeth branch 05h22 0n the 04/09. I phoned yesterday on the 04/09 only to hear that it will be delivered today 05/09. Today I phone again only to be told again the bakkie doing the deliveries has broken down, they will now only deliver 06/09. I paid for this very bad courier service. unacceptable!!

06 Sept 2023, 09:37I have phoned now again 06/09 09h30 the kady Nthabiseng told me the same thing, vehicle broke down yesterday 05/09 and she will now try to rush delivery because it is my licence disc. My contact no is correct for she confirmed it and you did send me a sms Monday morning 04/09 to confirm parcel was @ the Port Elizabet depo @ 5h22, so you do have my correct contact details. No one phoned or smsed me after that. This lady could not even confirm that my parcel wil be delivered today. I work at a electrical wholesaler, and Skynet was here to deliver our stock yesterday. Why pay for the service?? Economy is the cheapest way of courier and that normaly takes 3 days now it is 7 days.
