Bad service

I've been waiting for a delivery from skynet since yesterday the 26th.They sent an SMS yesterday and today alerting me that my package was on the way however it wasn't delivered.Its not my first time having a bad experience with Skynet.Last year in December they had to deliver a parcel to me from Vodacom however they failed hence the parcel was returned back to Vodacom.Im just fearing that history might repeat itself and they will fail to deliver and the package will be returned again.
