Bad service

Ordered a few items less than 10 items on Temu on 13th March,tracked the package they said they came to the delivery address and no one was home yet I was there and no one gave me a call..on the 3rd of April I called Skynet they told me my package was sent back to overseas yet I wasn’t told.So unprofessional and disappointing.
