Bad service!!
Disappointed with the service received. I've been waiting for an urgent parcel,which was delivered to the branch on the 2nd of April already. I've been phoning numerous times not getting any answer. I've been tracking the parcel and it still reflects that it's at the branch. Phoned the branch again today, finally got through, and a lady answered and helped me. As I mentioned that it's urgent and asking why it's not dispatched yet, I got rudely interrupted with the answer "please just let me finish" she lost me there... Told me that it would be delivered tomorrow. I told her it's urgent can they not arrange delivery today still, and I just got the answer "it will be delivered tomorrow". Service sucks.
