Bad service

The service is very poor, can't even rate this business. I have been tracking my package for. More then a month now, spoke to agents everyday, the same excuses, management is. Not available, I tried phoning management but no. Answers. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE. No one is. Coming back to me with any answers regarding my parcel that was already paid for. This is very frustrating. Is there any way I can take this further. I'm never using skynet again and do not recommend them.
