Bad service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Skynet. I was promised a delivery which never arrived. To make matters worse, I was told that I had been contacted, which is simply not true. No calls were made to me at all.

Despite sending an email with all the correct details, I received no feedback or follow-up from their team. Their customer service is appalling, not customer-focused at all, and the agents gave false assurances about delivering by 17:00, even though they knew their office closes at that time.

It’s clear that there’s a serious lack of communication, accountability, and integrity from their management team. I’m still waiting on my delivery, and after this experience, I would not recommend Skynet to anyone.
