Bad service

I renewed my license disc through capitec bank on the 21 August 2025 and received a message from skynet ( ref. waybill *** ) on the 22 august 2025 that that my parcel would be delivered during the day and somebody should be home to receive it. my wife was home the whole day and nobody contacted me after the SMS. now on the tracking platform it is written " BAD ADDRESS" " CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABE ". I called in and after trying for several time I am told that the matter will be escalated and the delivery rescheduled. Not impressed God bless
