Bad Service

Very poor service I received from Skynet I was to get my delivery on the 1 July 2024 and still today I have not received it, they tell me its on the way everytime or the driver said it was late for him to drive in the area. I called today and they said they will be delivering before 3pm and it's after 3pm now and call center agents are not available to assist.
