Bad Service

0 from me but unfortunately you cannot put a 0. Their service is ridiculous. Agent called Hazel tells me what to do when I am the customer whose had 2 wasted days waiting on delivery. Damn rude agent by the way. No way of speaking to customer. Phone is answered anyhow. Like where are you at your house. Capetown branch you need training. No etiquette whatsoever.
