Bad service

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service from Skynet.

My hair parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday in Jan Kempdorp from the Kimberley branch, but it was not delivered. I did not receive any communication regarding the delay. When I called today, I was informed that the delivery truck had broken down yesterday and that emails were sent to customers. However, I did not receive any email or phone call.

I was then told today that my parcel would be delivered tonight at 21:00. I specifically asked why the delivery would be so late, and I was assured that it would still be delivered. It is now past 22:00 and I still have not received my parcel.

This is extremely frustrating as I urgently needed the hair for a function tomorrow. The lack of communication and failure to deliver as promised has caused significant inconvenience.

Please urgently provide an update and confirm when my parcel will be delivered.
