BAD SERVICE
I renewed my vehicle license last week 26/11/2024 already, I received an sms stating my licence will be delivered in 3-5 working days on the 27/11/2024, it has been 6 working days already, you cannot get hold of skynet at all I have sent e-mails and tried to phone, according to the website the package is still at Elandsfontein. I urgently need my licence. When you are running late atleast update the customer or answer your e-mails or phones. What is the use of doing something online and I have to wait forever????
