Bad service

My order from SHEIN says I must pay customs from Skynet but I haven’t receive any email or sms from them, I literally checked everywhere when on my spam emails but still no nothing, tried to contact them thru WhatsApp and email, but they don’t respond, I really don’t understand what kind of company is this!! I am afraid they might return my order or **** me!! I really need that package 😭😭😭
