BAD SERVICE

I am so disappointed at the service I am receiving at Skynet Epping Office , I've got a parcel that they promised the client will reach me before the end of this week but it seems the driver is coming with the excuse of not delivering my parcel . Yesterday(Wednesday) the driver called me around 7.33 AM I missed that call because I was on my way to work , I called back the number the driver said he was at my place that time to deliver my parcel I tried to arrange with him to deliver the parcel today (Thursday) after 8: AM when I know the is someone at home his response was he is done with Goodwood that time. Thursday I decided to be at home until 7:30 AM while busy at home I got a call from ********** 204 the guy told me the parcel will be delivered today I asked him what time because I will leave 7;30 if the driver is not there , I overheard the driver saying between 7:30 and 8: 30 . The driver called 7:38 I said he needs to come back after 8 when my husband is there because I was on my way to work as he was not at my place by 7:30. I have a toddler that needs to be at creche before 8 at myself be at work at 8 . He said he will not come back he's got work to do I don't know if delivering my parcel is not part of his job he dropped a phone in my ear . I called him after 9 am asking him will my parcel be delivered today his response was I'm in Plattekloof now I will see. Its now 14H33 still my parcel is not delivered . Is this the kind of service people get from Skynet , now I will have to call your client and tell them the driver is running around with a parcel as if he will be doing me a favour for delivering my parcel .
