Bad service

I logged a return for 3 items with Takealot weeks. And the item has still not being collected. Instead they have been collecting the items in drips and drabs. The one item has still not being collected. Even after numerous emails being sent to them. Their courier service provider, SKYNET, is constantly saying that they will come and collect on a particular day but they never do. Takealot staff have been trying to assist me but this has been a fruitless exercise. I have numerous emails stating that Skynet will collect today. But they never come! I’m so annoyed.
