Bad Service

Good day .

I have written this email about the poor service Skynet is providing. I received an sms on the 5th September 2023, time 12:35 to say that my delivery was canceled when i called on Tuesday i was told that my parcel is out for delivery but when the drive reach my work place at 13:32 he didn't bored to call me, my colleagues they are the ones who called me , when i call again on Wednesday i spoke to Archie-boy told me i will receive my parcel on Thursday . Here i am still waiting for my parcel till when i called again i spoke to Ayanda Magubane she advise me to write the confirmation letter and leave my ID with the person who will receive my parcel , how on earth should i truth someone with my identity card , an ID is private documents that i can't share with anyone is like sharing my ,my banking pin or password for my computer at work . People will commit crimes with your ID.
