Bad service

I am trying to get my Unisa certificate delivered to me. I only found out at the end of April that my certificate is at your Eland branch in Johannesburg. After numerous calls to your customer service number they gave me the manager John's number. I already spoke to him twice and he is giving me empty promises. He actually said that the driver is on the way yesterday and surprise, still no delivery. I honestly feel your company must be the worst courier service company out there.
