Bad service

Skynet is actually an excuse for a company, their customer service lines take forever to be answered sometimes you can’t even get through. They do not communicate regarding deliveries and if they are experiencing delays online they will say that your package has been delivered yet no one has contacted you about the delivery and you haven’t signed anything. Their WhatsApp line makes it even worse because they are always experiencing technical issues. They are just a ***** they should close down because they are failing all their customers.
