Bad experience with Skynet lady

So unlike most courier service reviews this isn't about a lost package or one that took too long to get to me... In fact I got my package OK as I have been monthly since May 2019 except this time around due to a very bad and rude lady who never mentioned her name at the rustenburg depo they have lost the possibility of any future business from me. As a customer no one has ever talked to me in such a rude manner as that lady. Ill spare the boring details but if that's the way she talks to customers then... Well good luck. I've talked to the drivers delivering the parcel several times and they are way more professional than she is... The fact that she never even introduced herself should just tell you a lot. She called four times between the time I told her I was on my way to the gate until I got there and she'd called the driver several times already as well...CUSTOMER SERVICE-ZILCH From now on I'm collecting my products at a counter somewhere in town than use ristenburg skynet door to door seedvoce
