Bad Experience

TERRIBLE!!!! My tracking status shows Delivery for the past few days, I have not received - shows Consignee not available - I have not received any phone call and I waited the whole day till 5pm - no delivery....The customer service number doesn't even work...I want my parcel...how do I even get in contact with these guys? If i only know that they were going to deliver my parcel I would have never ordered online. They are so terrible with service....how are they even operating like this ?
