Bad Experience

They kept updating false information about my delivery status. Every morning they said it's out for delivery, I stayed home. They didn't come or call me. They were updating through temu delivery status that they came to my house and nobody was home without any prove. When I try to contact them nobody rep**** to me, their system always make a circle. when I called them, they kept me on hold for a very long time no without any reply. I'm very disappointed about them. It's almost a month now waiting for my packages which other delivered deliver within 8 days.
