BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

My parcel was shipped on the 28th of November and has still not been delivered to us in Tzaneen. If i go on their website and put in my batch number it shows that it is in Elandsfontein. I have sent emails with no response - I used their new whatsapp message system - no response and it is impossible to call them they just never pick up and all the other numbers on the internet goes to voicemail I WANT MY PARCEL
