Bad delivery courier

This courier have been delaying my parcel for the entire week now and I was suppose to wear that outfit yesterday on a very special occasion, and they **** about not finding me at home while they never contacted me to ask for directions if they were lost when I tried to call them their number to the website page doesn't work the only time it worked was at 16:35 and was close to their end of working hours I was so frustrated. Iam still frustrated because it's mid-day now still they haven't call nor texted me it's saying my parcel it's out for delivery. Skynet I can not put my trust in your delivery driver and the company too I would appreciate if this matter is sorted by the end of today's business day.
