Bad customer service from skynet world wide express

To whom this may concern Bad with customer service , no Telefonic etiquette. They sent me a email to pay customs and then after few minutes the link expired, I try to reach out to them about the problem and haven’t been helped. I am worried about my goods because it’s paid already it’s just the customs that I haven’t paid yet. This is unacceptable, they haven’t responded to any phone calls or emails. Kind regards Aaliyah
