BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SKYNET

I bought a Tv from Vodacom and Skynet is the courier services for Vodacom, Vodacom did dispatch the Tv to Skynet and I received an SMS from Skynet to notify me about receiving my consignment from Vodacom and they promise to deliver with 48-72 hours, Mind you Skynet received my order from Vodacom on the 18th of December 2025, today is the 30th of December and I have not received my order. I tried to call them for several times but with no luck, Skynet service is very poor.
