Bad customer service.

Worst customer service ever. The guy that delivered my package was so rude, got lost. Called me for directions. I tried to give him directions the best I could after he told me he doesn't have a navigator, he then Left with my package. Hung up on me a few times. Told me he is actually delivering on his own time, never mind that I actually paid for this service. When he was finally ready to make the delivery he sent me a "callback". I used skynet before and my package was lost and then late because of that. I don't know what possessed be to go back to skynet when I got a better service from "the courier guy".

And the call centre was also useless in helping me to resolve this.
